Detailed description of the data product

This is an input data for the NIR PF. It contains one or more configuration or auxiliary files
to override default configuration and settings as needed by the individual PEs.

The Data structure contains two types of tags:

   * ConfigurationFile: more than one instance can be specified, each containing the following information:
      * ModuleName: unique identifier for the NIR PE using the configuration file
      * SubModuleIdentifier: optional, unique identifier for subtasks within the same module
      * DataContainer: name of the configuration file to be used

   * Filter: name of the NISP-P band
