Detailed Description of the Data Product

This product contains a MapFile element containing a FITS binary table storing the co-added PDZ of all the catalog’s object having this bias identifier, a SpatialCoverage element containing the spatial footprint the objects used for producing the map belongs to and a WeakLensingWeightMethod element which specify the Weak Lensing Weight Method name

Processing Element(s) creating/using the data product

  • This product is created each time the production PHZ pipeline is executed for the objects of the input catalog. All the available products can then be used to create the full observed sky co-added PDZ for bias identifier. There will be different version of this product according to the different method used to compute the weak lensing weight which enter the processing of this product.

Processing function using the data product

  • PHZ PF output product to be used by LE3 PF.

The table is expected to follow the format described by the phz.coAddedPDZBiasMap version 0.9 description, which defines the following columns:

$PrintCatalog fit/euc-phz.xml phz.coAddedPDZBiasMap

and has a header keyword: WLMETHOD containing again the name of the weak lensing weight computation method.

This product (in fact the all-sky collection of this product) is used along with the MeanSpecZBiasMap to produce the PHZ bias correction map in the PHZ Bias Correction Pipeline.
