This product contain parameters describing how mangle is run and should specify:

* a list of band/instruments for which mangle will be run (to allow for different
  processing of EXT bands (some prelaunch?) and Euclid bands (on the fly)?)
* A keyword identifying spatially and temporally the sky to cover
* the mangle output format (or fixed?)
* the output angle precision (n-digits) and azimuth convention
* strategy and precisions parameters for snapping: latitude, edge, edge to length tolerances
  (or fixed to database values preselected?)
* pixelization parameters (pixelization scheme,
  max resolution or number of polygons in pixel) might be useful as well.
* Targeted HEALPix resolution for input of mangle conversion algorithm
