This product contains a list of the MER requirements that should be validated
by the MER validation pipeline.

The main elements inside this product are:

* **DocumentReferenceId**: The Requirement Specification Document id 
  (e.g. EUCL-OAR-RS-8-002).
* **DocumentReferenceVersion** (optional): The Requirement Specification
  Document version (e.g. 0.97).
* **Requirement** (one to infinity): The MER requirements to be validated.
