Detailed description of the data product¶

This output product is a fits binary table containing important parameters as keywords in primary HDU, and a binary table in the next HDU with the random catalog.

Keywords¶

This fits table is expected to contain the following keywords in primary HDU, characterizing the parameters of the product:

TELESCOP =``EUCLID`` - Mission identifier
INSTRUME =``LE3IDSELID`` - PF identifier
FILENAME string - Name of fits file
COORD =``EQUATORIAL`` - coordinate type EQUATORIAL, CARTESIAN
CAT_TYPE =``DATA`` - Type of catalog DATA or RANDOM
CAT_NAME string - ID of Catalog
CAT_NOBJ int - Object count of catalog
ANGLE string - angle type RAD or DEG
COMPLETE string - completeness of the sample
PURITY string - purity of the sample
SELECT string - ID of the file with selection criteria
