Detailed description of the data product

This output product is a fits binary table containing important parameters as keywords in primary HDU, and a binary table in the next HDU with the random catalog.

Keywords

This fits table is expected to contain the following keywords in primary HDU, characterizing the parameters of the product:

  1. TELESCOP =``EUCLID`` - Mission identifier

  2. INSTRUME =``LE3IDVMSP`` - PF identifier

  3. FILENAME string - Name of fits file

  4. COORD =``EQUATORIAL`` - coordinate type EQUATORIAL, CARTESIAN

  5. CAT_TYPE =``RANDOM`` - Type of catalog DATA or RANDOM

  6. CAT_NAME string - ID of Catalog

  7. CAT_NOBJ int - Object count of catalog

  8. DEEP_CAT string - Identifier of input reference catalog

  9. WIDE_CAT string - identifier of input wide catalog

  10. OBSID string - list of processed observation IDs

  11. SAMPALGO string - sampling algorithm (SHUFFLE or GMM)

  12. GMM_NCOM int - number of components for GMM

  13. ANGLE string - angle type RAD or DEG

  14. TILE string - tile index

  15. TILESCHE string - tile definition scheme

  16. TILEAREA string - tile area in sqr deg

  17. SURVAREA string - effective survey area in sqr deg

  18. DENSITY string - density of catalog number/sqr deg
